Install Fallout 4 VR:
I’ve seen a lot of people having trouble manually downloading modifications lately, particularly people who don’t own Fallout 4 for comparison. Data that people share is typically quite limited. I tried everything I could, and it appears to be going well. And let me know if there was something I overlooked.
- The very first step is to modify any of the game of Bethesda; for this step, you need to edit in the file that is located in ‘Documents/MyGames/Fallout4Vr/Fallout4VrCustom.ini.’
- This file will create after you run the game only one time. But if there is no file created, then you can create a file in the following ways.
- After that copy your Mod file and paste it into the folder that is located in the following location. Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4 VR/Data/.
- Now you have to edit the file that is %localappdata%/Fallout4VR/Plugins.txt.
That is where a lot of people are having difficulty. This file doesn’t work by chance, but it’s a text file so that you can build it manually. Attach the complete filenames of any. esp or.ESM files (including the file extension) that you placed in the Data/folder in the previous section. This makes Fallout conscious of the data in question.
- Still in the plugins.txt format, put an asterisk (*) at the beginning of and filename you wish to be involved in. This informs Fallout to load the files in-game.
